GRILLED FLANK STEAK 
1/4 c. lite soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. Italian dressing
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 c. minced onion
1 1/2 to 2 lb. flank steak

Using a fork, pierce meat so that holes are evident. Mix all ingredients and put in a shallow dish or a plastic bag. Place meat in dish or bag and leave overnight. Broil or grill on each side for at least 7 minutes. Slice against the grain. Meat should be pinkish and sliced thin.
