GRITS CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. leftover grits
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste

Mix grits with cheese. Add beaten egg, milk and butter. Salt to taste. Place in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
