BUTCH'S BUTTERCREAM FROSTING 
1/4 lb. butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. milk

Cream 1/3 of the sugar with the butter. Add vanilla and 2 tablespoons milk. Add remaining sugar at low speed. Beat at high speed. Adding milk as needed, until at spreading consistency. Will frost 9 x 13 one layer or 8 inch two layer cake.
