BUTTERCREAM FROSTING 
4 c. (1 lb.) powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. soft butter

Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Makes about 2 cups.
