1 c. boiling water
2 pkg. lime gelatin
1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. shredded coconut, optional
1 sm. carton cottage cheese
10 maraschino cherries, cut up
1/2 pt. Cool Whip or heavy cream, whipped

Pour boiling water over gelatin and marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are partially melted. Add crushed pineapple, chill until partially congealed. Fold in nuts, cottage cheese and cherries. Fold in whipped cream. Chill until firm. 9 x 13 inch pan.
