ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. spiral macaroni
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sherry
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 c. pea pods, blanched
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 can water chestnuts
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
Lettuce leaves

Cook noodles to desired doneness. Drain, rinse in cold water. In large bowl, combine noodles, pea pods, chicken, onions and water chestnuts.

In small bowl, blend all other ingredients except lettuce leaves and almonds. Pour over chicken mixture; mix well. Cover; refrigerate at least 3 hours. Line serving bowl with lettuce leaves, spoon salad over lettuce. Garnish with toasted almonds.
