ORIENTAL STEAK 
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut 1/2" thick
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (3-4 oz. can)
1/3 c. diagonally sliced celery, 1/4" thick
4 green onions, sliced
1 sm. red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz Homestyle Brown Gravy
1/2 tsp. grated ginger or ground ginger
Oriental noodles or hot buttered rice

Cut steak into diagonals across the grain into 1/8" slices; set aside. Place mushrooms and next 4 ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover dish with wax paper and microwave on high 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes, stirring once. Drain, stir in meat. Cover and microwave on high 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes, stirring twice. Meat may still be pink. Blend cornstarch into soy sauce, then combine with gravy and ginger root. Stir into meat mixture. Cover and microwave on high 4 to 6 minutes. Stir twice. Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 4 servings (4 cups).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
