PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
2 tbsp. melted butter
6 rib pork chops
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. uncooked rice
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. boiling water
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Grease casserole with butter. Layer pork chops. Sprinkle soup mix on chops. Add green pepper and rice. Add boiling water and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Top with cheese when taken out of oven.
