CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 stick butter
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
Chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. flour
13 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate Jimmies or chocolate curls

Prepare the instant pudding according to directions and refrigerate to set. Using pastry cutter, mix butter, flour and 1 cup chopped nuts. Press mixture into 9x13x2 inch pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

When crust is cooled, spread with a mixture made from the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and half of the Cool Whip. Over this, spread the previously prepared chocolate pudding. Top this with the remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with additional chopped nuts, Jimmies, or chocolate curls. Refrigerate to set and serve.
