BROCCOLI IN CHICKEN DILL SAUCE 
1 lb. fresh broccoli
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Pinch of white pepper

Cut broccoli into small pieces. Place in 2 quart glass casserole dish with water cover with waxed paper and cook in microwave 8 to 10 minutes drain. Place butter and onion in glass bowl. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave 2 minutes. Stir in soup, milk, dill and pepper.

Stir until blended. Pour over broccoli. Return to microwave. Cook on high for 4 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
