CHOCOLATE CHIP MACAROONS | |
Dash of salt 2 egg whites 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2/3 c. sugar 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips (mini) Beat egg whites with dash of salt and the vanilla until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar; beating until stiff. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in a slow oven at 325 degrees, about 20 minutes. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen. |
