5 HOUR STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat (don't brown)
1 bunch carrots, in chunks
1 c. celery, cut up
3 onions, quartered
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. pearl tapioca
Pepper to taste
1 lg. can tomatoes, drained

Put all ingredients in a large casserole dish and bake in 250 degree oven covered for 5 hours. Will be brown and juicy.
