NEW YORK CHEESECAKE 
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. softened butter
2 tbsp. milk
5 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
7 eggs
1/4 c. sour cream

Blend first 6 ingredients to make crust. Pat into springform pan on bottom and sides.

To prepare filling, cream sugar ad cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients and bat until blended. Pour into pan. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees for 65 minutes. Cool in pan before removing sides. Refrigerate.
