YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. hot fat from roast or 3 tbsp. hot oil or butter

Place milk, eggs, flour, salt and 2 tbsp. hot fat in blender and blend until smooth.

Pour 1 tbsp. of hot fat in 9 inch pie plate. Pour in batter and cook in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees for 15 minutes more. Cut and eat immediately with roast beef or vegetables. Serves 4.
