HOT SPICED MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

3/4 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
3 drops Tabasco sauce
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients; form into 3/4" meatballs, and cook, pour off fat drippings.

SAUCE:

3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt, pepper
3 drops Tabasco

Mix all ingredients, pour over cooked meatballs, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Shake occasionally.
