1/2 c. strong black coffee
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 lg. onion, chopped

Marinade 1 or 2 days, turning once in a while. Grill 15 minutes on each side.
