TACO SOUP 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion

Brown together. 2 (14 oz.) cans kidney beans 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 pkg. taco seasonings or 1 jar taco sauce 1 to 2 c. water, as needed

Simmer slowly for 1 hour. Grate Cheddar cheese on top in bowl.
