RO-TEL CHICKEN AND NOODLES 
Boil 4 to 6 chicken breasts; debone. Save broth for boiling spaghetti.

SAUCE:

16 oz. melted Velveeta cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chop and pour in cheese

Add sauteed mixture.

Saute:

1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped

Boil. Pour noodles (or spaghetti) in broth and boil - do not add water. Mix all together. Season as desired and serve.

NOTE: Excellent for covered-dish dinners. Serves 8-10!
