PERSIAN CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken, cut up
1/2 lb. bacon, cut in sm. pieces
3/4 c. diced olives
2 sm. jars mushrooms
1 c. white cooking wine
Salt and pepper
Thyme

Cook bacon and remove the meat.

Brown chicken in the bacon grease. When brown, add olives, bacon pieces, mushrooms and wine. Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper. Then cook, covered until done or until chicken is tender. Turn occasionally while cooking.
