FAMILY'S FAVORITE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. slivered almonds
4 c. chicken, cooked & cubed
1 lg. can pineapple tidbits
Celery, diced
1 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. honey

In small fry pan, melt butter and toast almonds; set aside. Combine chicken, pineapple, celery and wheat germ. To make dressing, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and honey. Pour over salad, add almonds and chill.
