HASH BROWNS 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
Chopped onion
1 sm. carton sour cream
Parsley flakes
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Chopped green pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper
Paprika

Mix hash browns, soups, onion, green pepper, sour cream and cheddar cheese together and put in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with salt, pepper, parsley and paprika. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
