CHICKEN PIE 
2 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can peas & carrots
1 stick butter
1 bag stuffing mix
Salt & pepper
2 c. water
2 c. broth

Cook chicken breasts in the 2 cups water. Take chicken off bone and chop. Put chicken in casserole dish. Add peas and carrots, cream of chicken soup, mushroom soup, salt and pepper to taste. Melt butter in the 2 cups of broth. Mix stuffing mix with broth. Spread on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
