CHICKEN DIVAN 
3 c. cooked chicken
2 tbsp. butter
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. white wine
1 tsp. lemon juice
Parmesan cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. broccoli (or large bunch of fresh)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1/2 c. milk or cream
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Butter casserole dish. Layer chicken and broccoli into dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat soup and cream (or milk). When hot add wine, cheese and lemon juice. After cheese melts add mayonnaise. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until sauce bubbles (approximately 25-30 minutes). Serves 8. Alcohol cooks out of wine and leaves a mild flavor.
