TORTILLA ROLL - UPS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
5 - 6 green onions, chopped
4 oz. can green chilies, chopped
10 oz. jar picante sauce
Flour tortillas (approx. 12 - 14)

Place cream cheese, onions, green chilies and 3 tablespoons of picante sauce in a food processor; process until smooth. Spread on tortillas and roll each up tightly. Wrap each roll in a damp paper towel; place these in Ziploc bags and refrigerate. To serve, cut tortilla rolls into 1" pinwheels and place on serving tray. Serve with bowl of picante sauce for dipping. Makes 6 dozen.
