TORTILLA ROLL-UPS | |
6 (10") flour tortillas 11 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 tsp. horseradish or 4 oz. can chopped Ortega chilies Pinch of cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp. coarse ground dry mustard 4 stuffed green olives, minced 1/2 lb. thin sliced turkey, ham or beef Mix all ingredients together. Cover tortilla (2 tablespoons or more) with mixture, spreading it out to edges. Lay thin meat over tortilla. Roll tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill 2 hours in refrigerator. Slice into pinwheels and serve. Can be frozen. |
