PEPPER STEAK 
3 lbs. venison steak
2 lg. onions
4 green peppers, sliced
3 tsp. cornstarch
3 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. Crisco oil
Minute rice

Preheat oil in large skillet. Add venison and brown. Remove to serving dish. Add onions and pepper slices and cook until tender. Dissolve cornstarch in water and soy sauce. Add sugar, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix all ingredients. Stir until sauce is thickened and clear. Add venison and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
