CARROT CAKE | |
2 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 c. oil 4 eggs 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 2 c. grated carrots 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ground cloves 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 c. raisins Mix all ingredients together in one bowl. Pour into 9"x13" greased pan; bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes or until done. ICING: 8 oz. softened cream cheese 1 stick softened butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 lb. confectioners' sugar |
