ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
2 pkg. sm. orange Jello
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (6 oz.) frozen orange juice, unthawed
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 c. boiling water
1 sm. instant lemon pudding and pie mix
1 c. cold milk
8 oz. med. Cool Whip

Mix Jello with 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen orange juice. Add drained mandarin oranges, can pineapple and chill until firm. Put in 9 x 13 dish.

Then mix instant pudding with cold milk and fold in Cool Whip and put on top of Jello.
