1 box yellow cake mix
20 oz. crushed pineapple
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
13 oz. Cool Whip

Prepare cake mix as directed. Bake in 13"x9" cake pan. When done, prick cake with fork. Pour pineapple and juice over cake. Blend pudding mix with milk and beat in cream cheese. Spread over the pineapple. When cool, cover with Cool Whip. Garnish with nuts or coconut. Keep in refrigerator.
