NEW YORK STYLE CHEESE CAKE 
1 1/2 cups graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
6 tbsp. butter

FILLING:

5 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese (2 1/2 lb.)
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 3/4 cups sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
6 eggs

Mix Crust ingredients together and pat in a buttered 9 inch springform pan, 3-inches deep.

In large bowl, beat cheese with cream, sugar, flour, and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating smooth. Pour into crumb lined pan.

Bake in preheated 500°F oven for 10 minutes. Lower to 250°F and bake 1 hour more. Cool for 2 hours on rack and then chill. Top with your favorite fruit or sauce.
