HOT DOG CHILI 
2 lb. hamburger
1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 c. sugar
1 onion, chopped
1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Boil hamburger in 1 cup of water and stir to keep it from sticking. Add more water if needed. Add above ingredients and mix well. Simmer for 1 to 2 hours.

To double recipe, use 5 pounds hamburger, double remaining ingredients.
