MOCHA PARFAITS 
1/4 c. chilled whipping cream or 1/2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 can (17.5 oz.) chocolate pudding (1 c.)

In chilled bowl, beat whipping cream, sugar and instant coffee until stiff. (If using whipped topping, omit sugar and mix in instant coffee). Alternate layers of pudding and whipped cream in parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Chill. Garnish with chocolate curls.
