POTATO BISCUITS 
1 3/4 c. plain flour
3 tsp. or 1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. Irish potatoes, cooked & mashed
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. cooking oil

If using self-rising flour, omit baking powder and salt.

Mix and knead, roll and cut out 1/2 inch thickness. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees.
