1 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
Salt & fresh ground pepper
2 lg. cukes, peeled & thinly sliced
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
1 red, green or yellow pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 c. sour cream

Combine all except sour cream. Serve immediately or marinate up to 2 hours. Top with sour cream.
