MARY'S GOULASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 can tomatoes, cut up
1 can tomato sauce
8 oz. macaroni or other noodles
1 c. grated cheese (optional)
1 can corn, drained
1 can green beans, drained

Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper together; drain. Leave a little grease. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, cooked noodles, cheese, corn and green beans. Simmer until heated through.
