MEATLOAF 
3 lb. ground round
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. applesauce
1 egg
2 tsp. finely chopped green pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
Couple shakes garlic salt
1 lg. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup

Mix meat, bread crumbs, applesauce, egg, green pepper, salt and pepper. Add garlic salt and chopped onion. Shape into desired shape. Can make 2 loaves. Add 1/2 can water around the bottom of baking dish. Spread tomato soup on top of the meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.

Note: Can put hard cooked eggs in the center of the loaf, horizontally, and then each serving would get a slice of the egg.
