PERSIMMON PUDDING 
1 1/4 c. persimmon pulp
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift dry ingredients together. Add nuts. Stir in milk, add vanilla and pulp and stir until well blended. Turn mixture into greased loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
