SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. milk
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs

Heat potatoes and drain liquid off. Add all other ingredients and whip. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING FOR POTATO CASSEROLE:

1 c. Rice Krispies or crushed Frosted Flakes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 stick butter

melt butter and add other ingredients; spread over top of cooked potatoes and bake 7 minutes longer.
