1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 egg 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 tsp. vanilla 1 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking powder Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and beat until fluffy. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Fold into batter just until moistened. Spread in greased and floured 9 inch pan. TOP WITH: 4 to 6 plums, pitted and quartered or fruit of your choice 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. |
