BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked, crumbled
1 lb. ground beef
6 slices bread (day old, cubed)
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Monterey cheese, grated

Fry sausage and ground beef and drain. Place cubed bread in bottom of buttered 9"x13" baking dish. Sprinkle 1/3 cup cheese over bread and sausage. Mix milk, eggs and mustard in blender and pour over bread, cheese and sausage. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
