CHICKEN FRUIT SALAD 
3 oz. (1 c.) uncooked shell macaroni
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. green grapes
1/2 c. mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 c. almonds
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Cook macaroni until done. Drain, rinse with cold water. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except whipping cream. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours to blend the flavors. Just before serving fold in whipped cream. Makes 6 servings.
