CHICKEN & GRAPES 
6 tbsp. butter
2 broiler-fryer chickens, cut in pieces
Salt & pepper to taste
3 scallions, chopped
1 c. dry white wine
Clusters of seedless white grapes
1/2 tsp. paprika

Melt butter in a skillet. Add chicken and brown, season with salt and pepper. Transfer chicken to a casserole. Add wine and heat. Pour over the chicken. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover. Add grapes and bake an additional 5 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. 4 to 8 servings.
