MANHATTAN MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. torn fresh bread
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
10 oz. jar apricot preserves
1/2 c. barbeque sauce

Combine first six ingredients. Mix lightly. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown in butter and drain (or microwave). Place in 2 quart casserole.

Combine preserves and barbeque sauce; pour over meatballs. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. They can also be placed in crock pot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
