1 box Pillsbury yellow cake mix with pudding
2 lg. peaches
1 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Put peaches in pan. Then put butter on top of peaches. Then add cake mix and cinnamon, nutmeg. Cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until cake is done.
