SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage (cooked & drained)
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. bread crumbs (4-5 slices)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Layer sausage, bread and cheese in casserole dish. Pour egg mixture over all. (Make day before and refrigerate overnight.) Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes to 1 hour.
