MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 box Jiffy brand corn bread mix
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salad oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 lb. can cream style corn
1 lb. can whole kernel corn, drained

STEP 2:
1 pkg. cracker barrel extra sharp cheese, grated
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
1 1/2 lb. ground beef (browned & drained)

Mix all of ingredients in step 1 in order given. Pour 1/2 of corn mixture in greased casserole. Sprinkle on ground beef, onion, pepper and 1/2 of the cheese. Pour remainder of corn mixture on top and sprinkle on rest of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
