HENRI'S WINGS 
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. water

Combine ingredients, heat until sugar and butter dissolve. Cool and pour over chicken wings (or any chicken parts). Marinate overnight or at least four hours. Great hot or cold. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or grill over charcoal. This is enough marinate for 2 to 4 pounds of chicken.
