DILL DIP 
1 med. lowfat or lite sour cream
Weight Watcher's mayonnaise
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. dill weed
1/2 tbsp. celery seed

Use empty sour cream container to measure out same amount of Weight Watcher's mayonnaise.

Mix well. Chill for 3-4 hours. Serve with raw vegetables.
