EAST 78TH STREET CHICKEN #1 
6-8 chicken thighs
1 can whole new potatoes
Butter
Pepper
Paprika
Parsley , chopped or flakes

Arrange thighs in baking dish (bone side down). Place potatoes between thighs. Place pat of butter, stop each thigh. Sprinkle all with liberal dash of paprika, pepper to taste and liberal dash of parsley. Put 1/2 to 3/4 inch of water in baking dish. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. Baste and continue baking uncovered 1/2 hour longer. Serves 3-4.
