SHRIMP FETTUCCINE 
8 oz. fettuccine pasta
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. shrimp, deveined & sliced
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/3 c. Romano cheese
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Melt butter, add shrimp and mushrooms and saute over medium to high heat until cooked, 8 to 10 minutes.

Cook pasta in salted boiling water, as directed.

Mix pasta with shrimp mixture (very well), sprinkle Romano cheese and parsley over the dish. Serve hot.
